Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Modeler I in Tempe, AZ to contribute to project modeling efforts and create project drawings. The role supports the production team and emphasizes adherence to Rosendin and REI Standards.

You will layout from field details, review your work for accuracy, and prepare sheets per project requirements. Strong Revit knowledge and ability to work in BIM environments are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree preferred in Computerized Drafting field
• Minimum 6 months experience in electrical drafting, installation, or Revit
• Combination of education, training, and experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Layout and input field details into Revit per REI Standards
• Review own work for accuracy before passing to others
• Prepare sheets following project requirements and REI Standards
• Maintain the Revit model environment following Rosendin BIM Standards
• Document progress of assigned work following project standards
• Acknowledge REI confidentiality and/or Non-Disclosure requirements
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned within the business unit
