Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a BIM Manager to lead and coordinate building information modeling projects from inception to completion in our San Jose, CA-based office.

You will supervise the BIM team, drive estimation, scheduling, and quality control, and support client satisfaction through strong leadership and coordination with project managers. Experience with Revit and related tools is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BIM/engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years BIM experience with 3–5 years of people management.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, and Office.
• Experience setting up Revit models and families; reading contracts and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM projects from inception to completion.
• Hire, coach, and develop the BIM team; provide performance feedback.
• Develop estimates and proposals; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate scope changes with project managers and ensure quality control.
