Job summary

Insight Global in Houston, TX is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM/VDC for a portfolio of hyperscale data center projects across the United States. You will oversee model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and BIM standards while performing hands-on MEP coordination.

You will build and mentor a distributed team of BIM Coordinators across North America, drive integration with field teams and suppliers, and push prefabrication and modularization initiatives to improve

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of BIM/VDC experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects
• Hands-on experience with MEP coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews on complex systems
• Experience leading BIM/VDC teams across multiple projects or locations
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and how BIM supports field execution
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Experience working within CDEs such as ACC, BIM 360, or Procore
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC activities across the portfolio, managing federated models and standards
• Drive clash resolution between trade partners, consultants, vendors, and field teams
• Mentor and manage distributed BIM Coordinators across North America
• Maintain BIM execution plans and portfolio standards with client deliverables
• Support prefabrication and modularization initiatives to improve constructibility and schedule certainty
