Align is seeking a hands-on VDC Manager to lead MEP Revit modeling and BIM coordination for complex data center projects in Plano. You will mentor a team, build and modify coordinated models, and ensure field-ready documentation across disciplines.

The role emphasizes hands-on production, collaboration with project teams, and development of BIM standards and workflows to support efficient field execution. Hybrid schedule in Plano.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM/Revit experience supporting MEP systems in construction or engineering environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Autodesk Revit and MEP BIM coordination.
• Experience leading or mentoring BIM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on Revit modeling for data center white space (MEP) systems on active construction projects.
• Manage BIM coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and model issue resolution across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Support project teams with installation‑focused modeling, drawing production, and field coordination.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, QA/QC processes, templates, and coordination workflows.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BIM/Revit professionals.
• Partner with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and clients to ensure BIM models support successful field execution.
