Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Digital Practice Specialist to lead BIM/VDC efforts across transportation and infrastructure projects in the US. You will shape digital delivery standards, governance, and workflows while mentoring teams and coordinating across partners.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure digital delivery, a PE designation preferred, and expertise with Bentley and Autodesk platforms. Projects span major highways, rail, bridges, and multi-disciplinary infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years in infrastructure digital delivery, BIM, and digital project execution.
Experience with Bentley and Autodesk platforms for transportation workflows.
Strong communication, facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of BIM and digital delivery workflows on major infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain DPxP, BIM execution strategies, and project digital delivery requirements.
Establish governance, standards, naming conventions, and model management workflows.
Facilitate BIM coordination across internal and external project teams.
Provide guidance on Model-Based Design applications across Bentley and Autodesk.
Develop SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, and implementation guidance.
Mentor project teams on digital delivery best practices and emerging technologies.
