Job summary

HirefinderRPO's Digital Practice team is seeking a Transportation Digital Delivery Manager to lead digital delivery for highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects, leveraging CAD/BIM standards and advanced workflows.

You will provide technical leadership for Bentley OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, and ProjectWise, while mentoring staff and coordinating with IT on technology initiatives to improve project quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience preferred in transportation/digital delivery.
• Experience with CAD/BIM standards and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital delivery for highway, bridge, and transportation projects from kickoff through final submission.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, workflows, and best practices.
• Support BIM execution planning, file/model management, and digital delivery requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley technologies (OpenRoads/OpenBridge, ProjectWise).
• Administer ProjectWise environments, including project setup, workspaces, permissions, standards compliance.
• Audit projects for compliance with standards.
• Develop workflow improvements, tools, training materials, onboarding.
• Mentor staff and partner with IT on technology initiatives.

Join our Digital Practice team as a Transportation Digital Delivery Manager, supporting the successful delivery of highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects through advanced CAD/BIM standards, digital workflows, and design technology. This is a highly technical, high-impact role focused on improving project quality, efficiency, consistency, and digital delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital delivery for highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects from kickoff through final submission.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, workflows, and best practices.
• Support project teams with BIM execution planning, file/model management, and digital delivery requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley technologies, including OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, and ProjectWise.
• Administer ProjectWise environments, including project setup, workspaces, permissions, and standards compliance.
• Audit projects for compliance with company, client, and agency standards.
• Develop workflow improvements, tools, training programs, onboarding materials, and documentation.
• Mentor transportation and CAD/BIM staff while partnering with IT and leadership on technology initiatives and software management.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in transportation design, digital delivery, CAD/BIM production, or engineering consulting environments.
• Strong background in highway, bridge, or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/BIM standards, workflows, and project delivery.
• Advanced experience with:
• OpenBridge Designer
• ProjectWise
• Understanding of transportation project delivery, including roadway/bridge design, plan production, drainage, utility coordination, digital submissions, and CAD/BIM compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Transportation, CAD, or a related technical field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience preferred, though strong candidates with relevant transportation and digital delivery expertise will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• PennDOT or Pennsylvania transportation project experience.
• ProjectWise administration and workspace configuration.
• CAD/BIM standards implementation across large teams.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, ArcGIS, LiDAR, geospatial data, or transportation agency experience (FDOT, NCDOT, ODOT, WVDOH, NYSDOT).
• Experience with automation, scripting, Bentley workspace development, and federal infrastructure projects.
