Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Digital Practice Specialist – BIM/VDC to lead digital delivery across transportation and infrastructure projects. You will guide model-based design, DPxP development, and CDE governance using Bentley and Autodesk platforms, promoting consistency, quality, and scalable workflows.

The role requires 5+ years of infrastructure digital delivery experience, strong communication skills, and a PE designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction, Information Management, or related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital delivery workflows on major infrastructure projects.
• Support development and maintenance of DPxP, BIM execution strategies, and project digital delivery requirements.
• Establish governance, standards, naming conventions, model management processes, and information management workflows.
• Facilitate BIM coordination activities across internal and external project teams.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, training materials, and implementation guidance.
