Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure digital delivery and major projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in BIM-enabled workflows and digital project execution.
• Experience mentoring staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital delivery for major infrastructure projects and align resources with schedules.
• Develop project communications and stakeholder coordination plans.
• Lead digital delivery training and capability development.
• Provide technical guidance on BIM and DPXP for complex projects.
• Mentor staff and coordinate IDP project services and major commitments.
• Support business development and pursuit coordination.
