Job summary

Convergint is seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to support Design Consulting and Design Build projects. You will develop the Information Model in Revit, create families, and produce model deliverables.

You will coordinate with Solution Architects and Project Designers to ensure models align with BEP and project requirements. The role requires attention to detail, coordination, and strong BIM discipline across security installations.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM modeling on design/build projects.
• Ability to translate drawings/markups into accurate BIM models.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650).

Responsibilities

• Develop the Information Model using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare security installation drawings meeting contract documentation requirements.
• Create BIM Objects (Revit Families) as needed.
• Produce deliverables from the Information Model (Models, Drawings).
• Coordinate changes with the project manager for change order pricing if required.
