Job summary

ADRM is a leading physical security consulting firm seeking a BIM Modeler to translate designs into precise BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD. You’ll develop models with access control, video surveillance layouts, and related cabling, producing construction documentation for complex client environments.

You will coordinate with design teams, identify clashes, incorporate revisions, and ensure deliverables meet ADRM standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture/Architectural technology, or related.
• 2+ years of experience in a Security Design and Production environment.
• Security industry experience with physical security systems and client environments.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Bluebeam Revu.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain professional behavior and focus for long periods.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD per ADRM standards.
• Produce detailed design documentation including drawings and cabling schedules.
• Assist with model coordination by identifying clashes and supporting reviews.
• Update models to reflect design revisions and project milestones.
• Follow ADRM BIM standards, templates, and workflows for consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support deliverables.
• Support model audits and quality checks under BIM leadership.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and improve modeling practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
