Job summary

Securitas Technology in the United States seeks a BIM Engineer to create detailed 3D models of integrated security systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for project submittals and approvals.

You will collaborate with BIM Managers, design engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy, perform clash detection, and support coordination meetings. Office in Elmsford NY or Fair Lawn NJ; travel <10%.

Qualifications

• BS in EE Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Security engineering experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of integrated security systems for submittals.
• Review 2D drawings and 3D models for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with BIM Manager, design engineers, and project managers.
• Perform clash detection and assist in coordinating meetings.
• Maintain BIM libraries and ensure adherence to standards.
• Assist with design submittals, drawings, BOMs, and as-builts.
