Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a BIM Specialist to support Design Consulting and Design Build projects. You will develop the information model in Revit, create installation drawings, and produce 2D drawings and 3D models.

You will ensure coordination across disciplines and maintain project documentation. The role requires strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, BIM standards knowledge, and experience with security systems drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate in BIM Software (Revit).
• Certificate in BIM Software (Navisworks).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Information Model using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare security system installation drawings meeting contract requirements.
• Create BIM Objects (Revit Families) as needed.
• Produce deliverables from the model (models, drawings).
• Coordinate changes with project manager for change orders.
