Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Coordinator to drive digital design delivery across buildings projects. You will lead Revit MEP work, manage templates and libraries, and mentor BIM staff to ensure clash-free models and compliance with standards.

Collaborate with engineers and designers, participate in coordination meetings, and implement automation using Dynamo to improve efficiency and quality in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of BIM coordination or management experience.
• Associate degree or technical diploma in a related program.
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or BIM accreditation is an asset.
• Experience in consulting/design-build/IPD environments is preferred.
• Open to security clearance checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and architectural disciplines for accurate, clash-free model integration.
• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit models, templates, and content libraries.
• Produce project design models and drawings using BIM/CAD techniques per standards.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks for adherence to BIM standards.
• Mentor and train BIM staff in best practices and workflows.
• Participate in design coordination and BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement workflow automation using Dynamo or scripting.
• Support project managers in digital design delivery and BIM resource coordination.
• Develop and document new BIM standards and quality procedures.
