Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead digital design delivery by coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, developing Revit templates, and mentoring staff.

You will drive BIM standards, perform model audits, and collaborate across engineering and architectural teams to meet project requirements. You will apply advanced Revit MEP skills, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360, with a focus on data-driven workflows and continuous improvement in digital delivery.

Qualifications

• BIM processes and standards knowledge.
• Extreme attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit MEP, Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360.
• Exposure to visual programming and automation is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and resolve conflicts.
• Leadership to mentor BIM staff and promote best practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience on large-scale industrial or military projects preferred.
• Familiar with Bluebeam, Enscape, and Twinmotion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure clash-free integration.
• Develop and maintain Revit models, templates, and content libraries.
• Create project design models using BIM/CAD per standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in models and drawings.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks per BIM standards.
• Collaborate with other BIM managers to roll out standards.
• Mentor electrical engineers and designers in Revit and BIM.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Implement workflow automation with Dynamo or Python.
• Support digital design delivery and BIM resource scheduling.
• Develop new BIM standards, protocols and quality procedures.
• Stay current with BIM technologies and trends.
• Coordinate other digital tools and templates as required.
• Act as liaison for BIM topics internally and externally.
• Drive interdisciplinary standards and process improvements.
