Job summary

Vertiv's BIM department in Anderson, SC is seeking a BIM designer to support engineers in modeling, coordination, and model management using Revit. You will join a collaborative team in a dynamic setting, contributing to project milestones and BIM governance.

You will work with the Busbar Line of Business and partner with the global BIM team, performing model audits, content creation, and team training to uphold BIM standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS or above in Engineering (architecture, structural, mechanical, or electrical).
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• At least 1 year of BIM modeling experience using Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM360 or other model sharing/coordination tools.
• Familiarity with coordination software such as Navisworks or Solibri.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Successful creation and delivery of the company's products and services to the client in scope of BIM.
• Multi-disciplinary Revit modeling and BIM updates across Busway Routing, Architecture, Structural, Electrical.
• Revit content creation (Revit families, templates, protocol documents, workflows).
• Train and support Revit users to maintain BIM standards.
• Regular BIM model audits and model archiving.
• Regular BIM model coordination.
• Educate team on BIM best practices.
• Provide internal BIM training and support.
