Zusammenfassung

Vertiv is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to create, update and manage accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related tools. The role covers adherence to BIM standards, project requirements and collaboration with engineers and operations for shop drawings and assemblies.

You will work within Vertiv's BIM team to produce 3D models, visualizations and shop drawings for modular structures, ensuring correctness of drawings and documentation across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in engineering or design.
• 5 years total CAD experience required.
• 3 years of Autodesk Revit experience.
• 2+ years experience with architectural/MEP construction drawings and understanding of blueprints and technical cut sheets.
• Experience with fabrication or engineered shop drawings required.
• Exceptional learning capacity.

Aufgaben

• Draft and develop 3D models of modular buildings for ongoing projects.
• Model structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements in Revit.
• Generate shop drawings from the created 3D models of our buildings.
• Annotate and dimension shop drawings with fabrication and assembly instructions and welding/taping symbols.
