Job summary

Vertiv’s BIM department in Anderson, SC drives the design and management of Building Information Models for busway projects. The role supports engineers across architecture, electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines in modeling, coordination, and model management to meet project timelines.

The candidate will assist with Revit content creation, model audits, and training of team members, while ensuring BIM standards and production quality across global teams.

Qualifications

• BS or above in Engineering (architecture, structural, mechanical, or electrical).
• Must have good written & verbal communication in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in BIM modeling using Revit (Revit families and Revit projects).
• Familiarity with BIM360, or other model sharing/coordination services.
• Familiarity with coordination software such as Navisworks, Solibri etc.

Responsibilities

• Successful creation and delivery of the company's products and services to the client in scope of BIM.
• Multi-disciplinary (Busway Routing, Architecture, Structural, Electrical) Revit modeling and BIM model creation, corrections, or updates.
• Revit content creation (Revit families, templates, protocol documents, workflows etc.).
• Training, supporting, and overseeing day-to-day activities of Revit users to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Revit models.
• Regular BIM model audits and model archiving.
• Regular BIM model coordination.
• Educating the team on best technical practices regarding BIM.
• Company’s internal staff training and support regarding BIM.
