Job summary

IMEG is seeking a Virtual Design Coordinator in Columbia, South Carolina to oversee Building Information Modeling projects for all disciplines and serve as the main BIM contact for the project team.

This role supports education and government work in SC, collaborates across disciplines, maintains standards, coordinates models and workflow, and helps deliver projects within budget.

You will work with Revit, run clash detection, and coordinate with clients and consultants on kickoff meetings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience minimum; 3 preferred.
• Revit experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage BIM projects for all disciplines and be the main BIM contact for the project team.
• Work within project budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Coordinate model setup and understand project scope requirements.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, including BIM kickoff meetings.
• Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in BIM coordination.
