Job summary

RNGD is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support development, coordination, and management of BIM processes across projects. You will facilitate collaboration among architectural, engineering, and construction teams and help maintain accurate digital models.

This role offers growth as project complexity increases, with responsibility expanding under the BIM Manager and Design Leadership. Strong BIM foundation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of BIM coordination or related role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination processes.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, and Forma preferred.
• Knowledge of Enscape, Photoshop, Rhino, or SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools within Navisworks or BIM environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards and client specifications.
• Maintain model integrity including file structure, naming conventions, and version control.
• Manage model updates and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordination tools.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with internal and external project teams.
• Track, document, and assist in resolving coordination issues.
• Support BEP development and BIM standard improvement.
• Provide technical modeling support and create construction documents from BIM models.
• Support data exchange and interoperability between platforms.
• Stay current with BIM tools and pursue process improvements.
• Assist in implementing new BIM workflows.
