Job summary

MOREgroup seeks a BIM Coordinator to partner with project teams to ensure continuity and consistency of the project documentation process, applying firm standards, tools, and workflows to day-to-day delivery. This role serves as a first-line resource for BIM execution across projects.

The position requires a BS or B.Arch with 2+ years in Revit/BIM, strong communication, and knowledge of BIM standards. Collaborative, detail-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture required.
• Minimum 2+ years of Revit/BIM experience in architecture or AEC production.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and service mindset toward project teams.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and document management platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma).
• Familiarity with Dynamo or Grasshopper preferred; interest in BIM API desired.

Responsibilities

• Support project document and quality control: build custom BIM content, coordinate with consultant teams, and maintain model health protocols.
• Drive firm content creation; review external Revit content and maintain firm libraries.
• Participate in kick-off, coordination, and development of BIM tasks on projects.
• Coordinate BIM execution plan (BxP) with Principals and Project Architects/Leaders per project plan.
• Collaborate on model coordination and clash detection; enable BIM QC services.
• Share knowledge and mentor teams in new processes and design tools; assist in training.
• Coordinate efficient use of digital tools for project documentation.
• Maintain project templates and training resources.
• Ensure quality of digital content for design presentations and construction documents; manage BIM standards and data.
• Contribute to organizational R&D efforts in Digital Practice.
