Job summary

HDR is seeking a BIM Model Coordinator - Digital Delivery to lead the digital modeling effort on complex projects. You will manage the model environment, ensure accurate multidisciplinary coordination, and deliver BIM content per the Digital Delivery Plan.

Your experience with 3D design tools, documentation infrastructures, and strong communication will support project teams from initiation through closeout.

Qualifications

• Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project.
• Understand discipline interactions and how construction documents are produced.
• Collaborate with Digital Delivery Leads to execute deliverables per the Digital Delivery Plan.
• Initiate projects by establishing server infrastructure, discipline models, and deliverables.
• Execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout the project duration.
• Provide technical support and communicate the deliverable schedule to the project team.
• Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning through construction documents.
• Assist with developing and maintaining the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Establish the document management system and server infrastructure for multi-discipline projects.
• Identify appropriate software, versions, and provide access for project requirements.
• Provide project-specific and process-specific training to team members.
• Generate and maintain model setup including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, and views.
• Maintain company standards and model health; lead 3D coordination meetings.
• Coordinate and compile all project digital deliverables at milestones; archive submittals.
• Engage in effective communication with HDR management, production staff, and clients.
