Job summary

HGA is seeking a Digital Design Support Coordinator to join its Digital Practice Group, providing frontline BIM and digital workflow support to architectural and engineering teams across the firm.

You will troubleshoot software and workflow issues in Revit, BIM 360, Dynamo, and related platforms, reinforce digital standards, and help teams adopt efficient tools and practices while contributing to proactive, data-informed enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years BIM project experience in architecture/engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (including common plug-ins).
• Working knowledge of Dynamo and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with Navisworks and Revizto for coordination.
• Understanding of design-to-construction workflows and industry standards.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BIM and digital workflow support to project teams.
• Troubleshoot software, standards, and workflow issues to keep projects moving.
• Monitor support dashboards and data trends to identify training needs.
• Develop targeted training content based on recurring issues.
• Expand and support office hours for on-demand assistance across projects.
• Apply and reinforce HGA digital standards in guidance and responses.
• Contribute to development and documentation of digital workflows and best practices.
