The role collaborates with architectural, engineering, and construction teams and reports to the BIM Manager and Design Leadership. Qualifications

• BIM coordination or related role; 1+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Understanding of construction documentation and workflows.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across disciplines and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain model integrity, file structure, naming, and version control.
• Perform clash detection and aid in issue resolution with teams.
• Develop BEPs and support BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide technical modeling support and assist in construction documentation.
