Job summary

HGA is seeking a Digital Design Support Lead to join our Digital Practice Group, coordinating BIM workflows and supporting architectural and engineering teams across the firm. This role reports to the Director of Digital Design - Operations and works with architects, engineers, and peers nationwide.

This role thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, reducing friction, reinforcing standards, and enabling teams to use the right tools at the right time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant BIM project experience in architecture or engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, clash detection and coordination tools.
• Understanding of design through construction administration and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BIM and digital workflow support to project teams.
• Troubleshoot software, standards, and workflow issues to keep projects moving.
• Monitor support dashboards and data trends to identify training needs.
• Develop targeted training content based on recurring issues.
• Expand office hours for on-demand assistance across projects.
• Apply and reinforce HGA digital standards in all guidance.
• Contribute to documentation of digital workflows and best practices.
