Job summary

HGA is seeking a Digital Design Support Coordinator to join our Digital Practice Group and help project teams work smarter by providing frontline BIM and digital workflow support across the firm. This role ensures teams can confidently use the right tools at the right time, improving project delivery.

The position reports to the Director of Digital Design - Operations and collaborates with architects, engineers, and Digital Practice peers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architectural or engineering BIM project work.
• Advanced Revit mastery with BIM 360/ACC.
• Experience with Dynamo, AutoCAD, and coordination tools.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM and digital workflow support to project teams.
• Troubleshoot software, standards, and workflow issues.
• Monitor support dashboards and data trends to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and training.
• Develop targeted training content based on recurring or emerging issues.
• Expand and support office hours for on-demand help across projects.
• Apply and reinforce HGA digital standards in all guidance and responses.
• Contribute to the development, refinement, and documentation of digital workflows and best practices.
