Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is partnering with a national electrical contractor to hire a BIM Coordinator for major electrical construction projects across the United States. This fully remote role centers on BIM coordination, model development, clash detection, constructability, and digital project delivery.

You will develop Revit models, perform clashes, coordinate with PMs, engineers, and field teams, and help implement BIM standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM/VDC in electrical or MEP construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and BIM coordination.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination platforms.
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, constructability, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, VDC teams, and field leadership.

Our client is a nationally recognized electrical contractor with a strong presence across the United States, delivering complex electrical construction solutions across commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, industrial, multifamily, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support major electrical construction projects across the United States.

This role will focus on BIM coordination, model development, clash detection, constructability, and digital project delivery. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, VDC leadership, field teams, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure coordinated and accurate models throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Revit models and construction documentation.
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, VDC teams, and field leadership.
• Support constructability reviews and identify potential coordination issues.
• Assist with BIM execution plans, standards, and project workflows.
• Support prefabrication and digital construction initiatives.
• Maintain model accuracy and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
