Job summary

Romanoff Electric Co., LLC in Toledo, OH seeks a BIM / VDC Coordinator to lead 2D/3D modeling efforts, resolve clashes, and produce shop drawings in coordination with project management.

The role requires strong BIM tools proficiency, the ability to travel to project sites, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced construction environment. This is an in-person, onsite position located in Toledo.

Qualifications

• The successful BIM/VDC Coordinator will either be a Journeyman Electrician or have related BIM/VDC experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD is required or preferred.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review 2D and 3D electrical drawings for field installations and coordination.
• Participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes while maintaining NEC code requirements.
• Produce shop drawings and 3D modeling for fabrication and installation teams.
• Travel to project sites as required and support project management.
