Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to act as the primary BIM resource across assigned projects, from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll lead coordination with operations, design teams, and field personnel to ensure constructible, coordinated BIM data and deliverables.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in BIM/VDC, strong Revit and clash-detection expertise, and a collaborative mindset to improve installation efficiency and model-driven workflows on complex electrical projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM, VDC, or related modeling experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining coordinated Revit models.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate electrical BIM models in Revit.
• Perform clash detection and participate in multi-trade coordination meetings.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues before construction begins.
• Coordinate model updates from RFIs, ASIs, design revisions, field conditions.
• Produce installation drawings, layout drawings, shop drawings, and model-based docs.
• Maintain project views, schedules, sheets, and model deliverables.
• Support prefabrication through accurate and constructible modeling.
• Ensure compliance with Titan BIM standards and project requirements.
• Partner with PMs, Superintendents, and field teams to align BIM with schedules.
