Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Processor Associate to join our Service team. This role handles daily billing of completed work and maintains accurate WIP records.

You will review billing notes, ensure purchase orders are entered correctly, and work with accounting on credits and disputes. The position requires a High School Diploma and offers comprehensive benefits and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Invoicing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operation manuals.
• Willingness to work off-hours and take on more responsibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process and close out work orders daily accurately and efficiently.
• Closely review customer billing notes prior to closing work orders to ensure accurate billing.
• Ensure purchase orders are entered accurately to close work orders promptly.
• Close Scheduled Maintenance work orders before month end and route skips/cancellations correctly.
• Work through different billing categories to resolve pending work.
• Prioritize incomplete and aging work orders through to resolution.
• Collaborate with accounting on credits and invoice disputes to resolution.
