Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our Systems team to oversee storage and automation projects from assignment to final invoicing. You will coordinate with vendors, customers, and Raymond West sales and credit personnel to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Key duties include creating Gantt charts, managing installation documents, site visits, and handling change orders. Travel is estimated around 25% with a focus on meeting project milestones and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; PMP or bachelor’s in supply/logistics preferred.
• Over 2 years’ experience in distribution center storage and automation systems.
• Minimum educational and professional prerequisites as defined by role.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate storage and automation projects from start to final invoicing, including engineering, permits, and customer acceptance.
• Maintain gross profit margin and minimize cost overruns.
• Create and publish Gantt schedules with milestones.
• Approve installation documents and coordinate materials and shipping.
• Visit sites for milestones; manage change orders and internal project costs.
