Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Processor Associate to join the Service team. You will bill completed work and maintain WIP, ensuring timely closing of orders and accurate invoicing.

The role requires the ability to handle multiple billing categories, work overtime as needed, and support the accounting team on disputes. High School Diploma required with invoicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and close out work orders daily accurately and efficiently.
• Review billing notes and ensure correct billing before closing work orders.
• Enter purchase orders accurately to close work orders timely.
• Close scheduled maintenance work orders before month end and route skips/cancellations appropriately.
• Prioritize incomplete and aging work orders to resolution.
• Collaborate with accounting on credits and invoice disputes.

Raymond West is looking for dynamic Processor Associateto join the Service team! The Processor Associate is expected to bill completed work and ensure WIP is being maintained.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.

• Process and close out work orders daily accurately and efficiently.
• Closely review customer specific and/or any special billing notes prior to closing work orders to ensure accurate and correct billing.
• Ensure purchase orders are entered accurately, if required, to ensure work orders are closed in a timely manner.
• Processor is expected to ensure all Scheduled Maintenance work orders are closed prior to month end and skips or cancels are routed to the correct department personnel.
• Continually work through different billing categories to ensure pending work is resolved in a timely manner.
• Prioritize incomplete and aging work orders through to resolution.
• Processor will work with accounting department on credits and invoice disputes to resolution.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
• Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
• Mandatory overtime and/or Saturday shifts will be required based on business needs.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Invoicing experience is preferred.

Pay Range:

• The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical anddrug screen.
