Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Parts Specialist to handle over-the-counter parts sales and support inventory accuracy. You will take calls from customers, technicians, and vendors, research parts, and process orders while maintaining costs and quality control.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in parts sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to learn parts manuals and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Take calls and process over-the-counter parts orders.
• Research replacement parts using manuals and listings.
• Update customers on backordered parts and statuses.
• Prepare sales orders and process payments when needed.
• Support inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
