Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a billing specialist with deep Oracle CC&B and CCS/C2M expertise to triage billing variances at scale during CC&B-to-CCS migrations. You will combine rate engine logic, SQL queries, and structured defect records to drive resolution and report to leadership.

In a fast-paced testing environment, you will lead triage cadences, collaborate with CCS billing, rate engine, MDM, and integration workstreams, and refine dashboards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle CC&B and/or Oracle CCS/C2M focused on billing.
• Minimum 5 years of SQL experience querying Oracle Utilities data models and investigating billing issues.
• Minimum 3 years in a billing triage/defect analysis or test lead role on an Oracle Utilities project.
• Minimum 2 years with JIRA and Power BI in a project delivery context.
• Minimum 1 year with AMI/interval data processing or NESB billing logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 billing variance analysis across CC&B and CCS/CCS outputs using Bill Compare Tool.
• Own and manage the daily triage cadence for billing variances; assign root cause categories and prioritize defects.
• Create structured defect records with root cause, impacted scenarios, and remediation recommendations.
• Use SQL to investigate variance root cause, including rate engine differences and data handling issues.
• Analyze billing variance patterns to identify systemic configuration or code issues.
• Present variance trend summaries and open risk items to program leadership regularly.
• Collaborate with CCS billing, rate engine, MDM, and integration workstreams to resolve complex variances.
• Maintain triage process documentation and dashboards (Power BI / JIRA).
