• Work on Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS across modules such as Meter-to-Cash, Billing and Payments.
• Handle Customer Management, Account Management, Premise/Service Point Management and Service Agreements.
• Process moves, usage, rate/tariff validation, credits and collections, and Move In/Move Out tasks.
