You will use SQL to investigate root causes, handle rate engine logic, and collaborate across CCS billing, rate engine, MDM, and integration streams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on Oracle CC&B and/or CCS/C2M billing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1/2 billing variance analysis between CC&B and CCS/C2M.
• Manage daily triage cadence for billing variances and defects.
• Create defect records with root cause and remediation recommendations.
