Job summary

Accenture is seeking a billing specialist with deep Oracle CC&B and CCS/C2M expertise to triage billing variances during a CC&B-to-CCS migration. You will lead tiered variance analysis, translate root cause into defects, and collaborate with CCS billing, rate engine, MDM, and integration teams to resolve issues at pace.

You will communicate findings to program leadership and maintain robust triage processes and dashboards using Power BI and JIRA.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Oracle CC&B/CCS/C2M billing experience.
5+ years SQL querying Oracle Utilities data models.
3+ years in billing triage or test lead roles on Oracle Utilities projects.
2+ years with JIRA or equivalent defect tracking tools and Power BI.
1 year of AMI/interval data processing or NESB billing logic in Oracle Utilities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years work) or 6 years if Associate.

Responsibilities

Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 billing variance analysis across CC&B and CCS/C2M outputs.
Own and manage the daily triage cadence for billing variances and drive resolution.
Create structured defect records with root cause and remediation recommendations.
Use SQL to investigate variance root cause at the data level.
Analyze variance patterns across NESB, rate schedules, AMI reads.
Present variance trend summaries and open risk items to leadership.
Collaborate with CCS billing, rate engine, MDM and integration workstreams.
Maintain triage process docs and variance dashboards (Power BI/JIRA).
