Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice seeks a billing specialist with deep CC&B/CCS experience to triage variances at scale during migrations. You will lead variance analysis across bill outputs, prioritize defects, and present findings to leadership.

You will use SQL to investigate root causes, maintain triage processes, and collaborate with CCS billing, rate engine, and data-ops teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B/CCS/C2M focusing on billing and rate engine logic.
• 5+ years of SQL to query Oracle Utilities data models and investigate billing issues.
• 3+ years in billing triage, defect analysis, or test lead role on an Oracle Utilities project.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 and 2 billing variance analysis across CC&B and CCS/C2M outputs.
• Own the daily triage cadence for billing variances and drive defect resolution.
• Create structured defect records with root cause, impacted scenarios, and remediation recommendations.
