We value accuracy, initiative, and strong data entry skills as you handle inquiries, adjustments, and reports, reporting to the Billing Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, business management, or related field AND 1–2 years of experience in customer service and billing.
• OR any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing bills.
• Maintaining customer accounts.
• Entering and verifying meter readings.
• Creating meter-related work orders.
• Processing monthly and final bills.
• Posting charges and issuing refunds.
• Answering customer questions.
• Reviewing problem accounts and making approved billing adjustments.
