You will analyze billing data, review information for accuracy, assist with rate structures, and prepare reports for management, collaborating with Billing, Accounting, and other departments to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; or an Associate's Degree with 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and use billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and errors.
• Support monthly billing by reviewing information for accuracy.
• Analyze rates, charges, taxes, fees and other billing components.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and system issues.
• Support analysis of time-based rate structures and rate initiatives.
• Analyze large volumes of billing and meter data for trends and improvements.
• Prepare billing and revenue reports for management.
• Assist testing and implementation of billing system changes.
• Collaborate with departments to fix recurring billing issues.
