Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• 8+ years of full-time software development experience.
• Consistent track record of hiring and leading productive engineering teams.

• Experience leading cross-functional organizations and measuring product outcomes.
• Hands-on technical background solving large-scale problems.
• Experience building extensible software solutions that scale.
