Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the design, development, and improvement of a custom billing system supporting billing, invoicing, and telecom settlements. You will work with Finance, Sales, and Operations to capture requirements and ensure IT solutions align with business processes and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Business/System Analyst with complex IT architectures.
• Hands-on billing, invoicing, CRM/BSS in telecom.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and settlements validation.
• Strong BPMN and UML notation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops/interviews with stakeholders to identify requirements for billing, invoicing, and settlements.
• Create specifications using UML, BPMN, and process diagrams for the billing system.
• Define data integration requirements and collaborate with ETL/data engineers on mappings.
• Verify billing calculations and ensure compliance with telecom and tax regulations.
• Support testing phases including unit, integration, and UAT.
• Maintain project documentation and generate billing/analytical reports.
