Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Business Process Analyst 2 to join our team and drive accurate billing configurations across Salesforce, NetSuite, ECB, and related systems. You will configure customers, interpret contracts, and manage rate updates while collaborating with IT, Billing, and Client Service teams to ensure smooth Order‑to‑Cash processes.

This remote role offers flexible hours and up to 10% travel. You will contribute to revenue reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements, supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, billing, and/or accounts receivable.
• Experience with billing processes, healthcare data, or similar data‑intensive environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power Query, Salesforce, NetSuite, and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and translate requirements into configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and onboard customers in billing systems accurately and on time.
• Review and interpret customer contracts to determine billing requirements, services, and rates.
• Analyze CPI increases and update customer rates accordingly.
• Help ensure customers are not overbilled, underbilled, or missing contracted services.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve client issues, data requests, onboarding needs, and escalations.
• Manage multiple customer implementations and shifting priorities.
• Source, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple systems to resolve variances.
