Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, testing and implementation of billing processes.
• Perform user acceptance testing of billing functionality for system releases.
• Document results and communicate outcomes; retest as needed.
• Investigate and resolve billing system discrepancies and errors.
• Prepare analytical reports to identify trends and metrics.
• Monitor invoices and form generation cycles and alert on failures.
• Handle ad hoc customer billing and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
