Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Austin, TX seeks an Operations Analyst to manage billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy from subcontractor to customer. You will coordinate with PMO, Projects, and Services Accounting to resolve issues and improve processes.

You will analyze billing data, create reports and dashboards, define requirements for projects, and drive changes with stakeholders. This role requires 2+ years in managed services billing or PM coordination and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Managed Services billing or Project Management/Coordination.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, IT operations, and/or project management.
• 1-3 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy from subcontractor to customer.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve billing issues and provide status updates.
• Analyze and audit billing data to generate and process invoices accurately.
• Act as a subject matter expert for billing and invoicing processes.
• Develop and document process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor business health and future trends.
• Communicate processes and act as a liaison between operations and other teams.
• Define and manage business and technical requirements for projects.
• Coordinate and manage projects from discovery to completion, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system changes and improvements.
