Prince Telecom LLC is seeking a Billing Specialist to oversee invoicing, billing accuracy, and interdepartmental billing processes. You will review technician billing, process subcontractor invoices, and maintain remittance logs with strong attention to detail.

You will use Excel, Google Sheets, RTasq, and Solomon to ensure accurate billing and timely payroll adjustments while meeting deadlines in a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with data entry focus.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly billing for accuracy in RTasq and correct as needed.
• Process invoicing for subcontractors.
• Maintain knowledge of customer billing codes and requirements.
• Reconcile billing vs. invoices and create customer invoices.
• Communicate billing issues and take corrective actions.
• Process payroll adjustments for technicians and subcontractors.
• Create, process and archive Solomon invoices.
• Assist interdepartmental invoicing and financial matters.
