Responsibilities

• Gathers data, calculates charges and fees, and creates invoices for billing purposes.
• Calculates costs for services and verifies billing data accuracy.
• Creates itemized invoices and supporting documents, including potential discounts.
• Maintains records of invoices and amounts due for services rendered.
• Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
