Job summary

You Thrive Fl in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage billing for the Senior Services Program. The role requires accurate data entry, regular contact with service providers, and proficiency with Excel and eCIRTS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year billing experience.
• Florida driver’s license (insurable).
• Background checks/clearance for working with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Submit billing documents to ensure timely submission.
• Update billing information in eCIRTS promptly.
• Enter data into ServeTracker for client tracking and reporting.
• Submit invoices and client reports to Finance.
• Provide billing training to provider staff as needed.
• Handle calls and provide information to clients.
