Job summary

Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments. We’re seeking a Billing Professional to support billing operations, ensure accurate invoicing, and assist with revenue processing.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain accounts and resolve billing issues. This on-site role requires 2+ years in billing or related finance operations, strong Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, finance, accounting, order-to-cash, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process billing transactions for accurate invoicing.
• Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve exceptions.
• Support recurring billing cycles and account maintenance.
• Coordinate with finance and operations to ensure accurate account resolution.
• Maintain billing records in accordance with internal controls and procedures.
• Monitor billing activity to identify trends and improve processes.
• Assist with audit requests and billing documentation.
