DiVal Safety Equipment in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. This full-time, on-site role runs 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $20 to $21.50 per hour.

You will manage customer invoicing portals, process daily transactions, resolve submission issues, and help keep billing accurate, timely, and organized. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, with

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit accurate customer invoices through multiple billing portals.
• Monitor invoice submissions and promptly resolve failed uploads, rejections, or status issues.
• Process daily invoices for Training, First Aid, freight, and drop-ship orders.
• Balance and post store payments, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
• Maintain sample, warranty, credit memo, and other assigned customer accounts.
• Track weekly billing activity and prepare reports for local and remote warehouse operations.
• Organize billing documentation and support the Accounting team with related projects.
