Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers to resolve issues or track follow up.
• Assist other team members to make follow up calls regarding customer problems.
• Take ownership of each communication with the customer and ensure timely updates.
• Aggressively pursue collection of past due amounts.
• Negotiate payment plans according to company guidelines.
• Other duties, as assigned.
